The wanton destruction of millions of acres of forests, upcountry rangelands, productive farmland and pristine wilderness is skipped over to tell us that their game is about ‘preventing’ the planet from warming fraction of a degree a hundred years from now. Something about a gas upon which all life on earth depends. You know the rest.
