Merry Christmas to Stop These Things’ Followers & Happy Fifth Birthday to STT

Merry Christmas and Season’s Greetings to all of our dedicated band of followers, all around the World.

And it’s Happy Birthday to STT: Boxing Day 2017 marks 5 years of giving an embattled wind industry and its dwindling band of parasites and spruikers hell.

We’ve clocked over 2,215,000 views and given our loyal readers 1,880 posts – which spell out – in clear and simple terms – the greatest economic and environmental fraud of all time: wind power.

We keep picking up dedicated followers – more than 31,725 so far, from all corners of the globe, including a bunch of canny Scots, Canadians, Americans, English, Welsh, Irish, Cornish, Finns, Danes, Germans, Greeks and plenty from Downunder.

Those that watch us include lots of political staffers and journos. STT’s posts are a staple diet for plenty of Liberal, National and Cross-Bench Senators, and their staffers, who have been using it as a trusted reference tool for their speeches, media releases etc for years now.

Then there are our legion of loyal followers in rural communities all over the Globe.

Pro-farming (REAL farming, that is), pro-community and pro-real power groups are better informed and organised, and more vocal and hostile, than ever before.

STT would like to think that we’ve helped these dedicated individuals and groups a little, by providing them with the kind of factual ammunition that cuts directly across the treachery, lies and deceit – which are the tools-in-trade for the wind industry, its goons and parasites.

STT was set up as a sanctuary, where the people who have been tragically impacted by – or who are fighting the threat of – giant industrial wind turbines can speak openly and freely – and without fear of vilification or ridicule. And that’s something we have no intention of changing any time soon.

We think compassion and empathy far greater virtues than self-righteous condescension. If it’s the latter you’re looking for – try Kane Thornton, Giles Parkinson and the wind industry’s other useful idiots, over at the Clean Energy Council, ruin-economy and yes2ruining-us.

Whatever “social licence” the wind industry might have had – wherever in the world they ply their despicable, subsidy-soaked trade – disappeared long ago.

The bullying and threats used by wind power outfits and their stooges doesn’t cut it any more. These days, the town halls – where wind scammers “consult” communities – are filled with people equipped with the real facts: which means they aren’t about to be fooled by set-piece lines, from former second-hand car salesmen, about thousands of local jobs, “free” wind power and new fire trucks.

In short, the wind industry – the product of nothing but lies and subsidies – lost the battle for hearts and minds in the bush (well, wherever it goes, really) – and, once lost, these hearts will never be regained.

STT thanks its loyal band of followers

We know that you are using STT to help spread the message. But that message is delivered with the help of our thousands of followers and supporters.

So, we say thanks to our many operatives here and around the Globe. People who keep us abreast of happenings in their various theatres of war. Plenty of what we do is based on what our growing band of STT Champions sends us, so please keep the Tweets, Facebook posts, comments and emails coming in 2018.

Once reasonable people are introduced to the facts about the insane costs of intermittent and unreliable wind power they cease to support it.

South Australia, Denmark and Germany sit at the top of retail-power-price-league-table for one reason, and one reason only: an utterly unhinged obsession with nature’s ‘wonder fuels’ – sunshine and breezes.

When they learn of the senseless slaughter of millions of birds and bats, and the tragic suffering caused to hard working rural people by giant industrial wind turbines, reasonable people start to bristle.

But, when they learn that – contrary to the ONLY “justification” for the $billions filched from power consumer and taxpayers and directed as perpetual subsidies to wind power outfits – wind power INCREASES CO2 emissions in the electricity sector – rather than decreasing them, as claimed – any remaining support for the wind industry tends to evaporate like snow in Summer.

In our travels we’ve met plenty of people that started out in favour of wind power and turned against it. But we’ve yet to meet anyone who started out opposed to wind power, who later became a supporter. Funny about that.

Hard-working, decent, rural people throughout the world keep fighting back – out to obtain sensible energy policies that support growth, development and vibrant, prosperous rural communities.

These are entirely reasonable people who have tumbled to the fact that they have been lined up as “road-kill” by their political betters to suffer the consequences of a policy built around an insanely expensive, utterly unreliable, intermittent power source – that can only survive on a raft of massive subsidies; kills millions of birds and bats; destroys communities; drives people from their homes; and otherwise makes life misery for thousands around the world.

These people are out to smash a “policy” that – in a few years time, when it all inevitably collapses – will be revealed for what it is: an enormous government-backed Ponzi scheme, the foundations for which are greed and stupidity; and the “justification” for which can only be described as a circus of the bizarre.

We’re not here to debate the wind industry – we’re here to destroy it!

The events of 2017 have included crushing blows to the wind industry.

In South Australia, where its wind power driven pricing and supply calamity, has turned the once prosperous and industrious state into an International laughing stock (see above), leaving the wind cult looking more desperate and ridiculous by the day.

In a World first, Australia’s Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) held that “noise annoyance” caused by wind turbine generated low-frequency noise and infrasound “is a plausible pathway to disease”. The AAT also slammed wind turbine noise standards as irrelevant and, therefore, totally unfit for purpose. We pick up the details of that ground-breaking decision below – a decision that exposes wind power outfits to claims from affected neighbours that will run into the hundred of $millions.

In Ireland, 7 plaintiff families recovered very substantial damages (bound up in confidentiality clauses the sum is not public knowledge) from German turbine maker, Enercon after it conceded liability in the Irish High Court for the noise nuisance it caused the plaintiffs.

With those events in mind, STT can probably afford to take our foot off the pedal for a while: the wind industry appears well and truly capable of destroying itself, without any more intervention from us!

As 2017 draws to a close, STT is going box up our festive loot, put our boots up and rest on our laurels for a bit.

But while we take a little break, we’ve pulled together a dozen of our posts – one from each month – to remind you of how far the battle has come in just this last 12 months.

January: Wind Power Setting the World on Fire: Infigen Sparks Devastating NSW Bushfire

On 17 January 2017, wind farm operator Infigen sparked a blaze that ripped across the southern Tablelands of NSW and destroyed 3,400 hectares (8,400 acres), hundreds of sheep and cattle, sheds and at least one home. True to form, Australia’s most notorious wind power outfit denied all liability to its victims, claiming it was a ‘crow what dunnit’. Locals knew otherwise and are pursuing their losses through the courts: Neighbours Sue Wind Power Operator – Infigen – for $20m Damages Caused by Devastating Wind Farm Fire

February: South Australia Powerless (Again): Sudden 1,000MW Wind Power Output Collapse Leaves 90,000 Families Boiling in the Dark

On 8 February, SA’s 18 wind farms (with a notional capacity of 1,576MW) were belting out a tad over 1,000MW around 8am. As the day wore on though, output collapsed without warning: plummeting to a piddling 70MW by 7pm (or 4% of notional capacity). So much for ‘wonderful, free’ wind energy routinely ‘powering’ the hundreds of thousands of homes claimed as gospel fact by the wind industry, its parasites and spruikers. That little hiccup left 90,000 families boiling in the dark.

March: Born Lucky: Stars Align Perfectly for PM’s Son with Mammoth Bet on Wind Power Outfit Infigen

Luck’s a fortune and Alex ‘Lucky’ Turnbull is simply luckier than most.

With wind power outfit, Infigen’s shares tanking to around $0.20 in 2014 and trading at that level through most of 2015, in the latter part of that year – through his hedge fund, Keshik Capital – Alex began pouring money into an outfit that had been losing it faster than a drunk in a casino. And, wouldn’t you know it, the political tea leaves aligned, as if by magic.

On 22 April 2016, Alex’s dad, Australia’s PM, Malcolm Turnbull sent his then Environment Minister, young Gregory Hunt off to Paris to sign the climate change agreement. Signing the Paris agreement momentarily sent Infigen’s struggling share price into orbit – hitting $1.20 by May. Talk about luck!:

April: Renewables Retreat: China Slaps Ban on New Wind Power Projects

Plenty of what Westerners know about the Middle Kingdom is more marvellous myth than solid fact. Fitting squarely within that category is the idea peddled by wind worshippers that China is working at a furious pace to carpet itself with millions of these things.

In truth, instead of squandering billions on a technology that was abandoned around the time the rot set in for the Qing Dynasty in the 19th century, China has slapped a ban on new wind projects in 6 regions and is building nuclear plants and a new coal-fired power plant every other day.

May: Australia’s Failed Wind Power ‘Experiment’ Makes it an International Joke: Wind Power Output Totally Collapses (Again)

Where the wind industry’s propaganda machine has spent the best part of 20 years trying to reinvent the facts, giving perceived substance to myth and fantasy – what American comedian Stephen Colbert defines as “truthiness”, assertions emanating ‘from the gut’ which are made because they just ‘feel right’ – STT has spent half-a-decade setting those facts straight and lifting the lid on a raft of others that the wind industry works overtime to avoid.

The big problem for wind power is, and will always be, the W-I-N-D:

June: Scotland Squanders ₤Billions on Subsidised Wind & Gets Stone Age Power in Return

A decade or so from now, when thousands of wind turbines are quietly rusting in some dimwit’s back paddock, the next generation will rightly ask why states and whole nations squandered $billions on a wholly weather dependent power source, abandoned centuries ago for pretty obvious reasons?

Eventually, the spotlight will turn on the political enablers who made it happen.

In Scotland, characters like Nicola Sturgeon and Alex Salmond have exhibited a maniacal obsession with wind power, which can only be explained through political ambition and financial gain (these days, the latter being essential to guarantee the former).

While the lunatics in power rejoice, Scots pay a hefty price.

July: The True & Staggering Environmental Cost of Wind & Solar Power: Unsustainable Energy Defined

For the uninitiated, the sight of snow-white turbines flailing in the breeze in some green field reinforces that feel-good notion that wind power is the crème de la crème of ‘green energy’.

For those in the know, whenever the term ‘green energy’ is trotted out by some starry-eyed hipster or sandal wearing troglodyte, a sense of wild frustration ensues, followed by an urge to throw something solid at their antagonist, or to throw them off the top of one of their beloved windmills.

To maintain their faith, the wind worshipper avoids facts like the plague. Mathematics and meaningful statistics are shunned by cultists, too.

But STT will keep dishing them up, until we’ve done what we set out to do. Including, making sure everyone knows where these things come from:

August: Germany’s ‘Transition’ Back to Coal: Renewable Energy Push Smacks Into Reality

All lies and promises, wind and sun worshippers keep telling us that rocketing power prices and unstable grids are just minor ‘teething problems’ on our way to an inevitable ‘transition’ to a wonderful world run entirely on sunshine and breezes.

On their worldview, it’s a matter of when, not if, modern economies end up completely ditching ‘dirty’ coal-fired power plants, and otherwise wean themselves off fossil fuels, altogether.

Trouble is, in places like notionally wind powered South Australia and Germany, the so-called ‘transition’ has just smacked into reality: the only thing inevitable about it, is more chaos, triggering a run of new promises and even bigger lies. Germans, instead of transitioning away from coal, are transitioning back to the stuff, much to the horror of wind-cultists and the green-left media.

September: Mainstream Journalists Finally Wake-Up to the Greatest Fraud of All Time: Subsidised Wind Power

Back in June 2013, STT asked: Where are Australia’s Journos – asleep or on drugs?

At that point, we wondered about what had happened to the investigative journos like Chris Masters or Paul Barry? And whether all of the Nation’s scribes were either asleep, on drugs, paid up members of the Greens, or patsies for the Clean Energy Council?

There are still plenty of lightweights, who do not think, speak, let alone write, anything at all which might be taken as criticism of wind and solar power. However, now that renewables rent-seekers can no longer cover up the mass blackouts and load shedding caused by weather related power output collapses in places like Australia’s wind power capital, South Australia; or keep a lid on the fact that that notionally wind ‘powered’ State now suffers the highest power prices in the world, mainstream journalists are starting to challenge not only the greatest economic and environmental fraud of all time, but also the lack of journalistic integrity and objectivity amongst their colleagues.

STT hopes to encourage more of it in 2018.

October: Ian Plimer: The Climate Change Delusion and The Great Electricity Ripoff

Ian Plimer is an Australian geologist, professor emeritus of earth sciences at the University of Melbourne, professor of mining geology at the University of Adelaide, and the director of multiple mineral exploration and mining companies. He has published numerous scientific papers, 7 books and is one of the co-editors of Encyclopedia of Geology.

Ian’s latest work, ‘The Climate Change Delusion and The Great Electricity Ripoff’ was released in October and is available from Connorcourt Publishing by clicking here.

This is a book that those battling the greatest fraud of all time will purchase in multiples: copies for friends and family, even more copies to drop on the desks of journalists, politicians, planning authorities, for their educative benefit, and, just for fun, lobbed at the goons who people the wind industry.

Rollicking over 450 pages, Ian collects a raft of facts, data and details on the greatest government backed scam of all time: mandated and subsidised wind and solar power. If it doesn’t appear in your Christmas stocking, do yourself a favour and grab a copy or 3.

November: Renewables Battery ‘Boom’: Exploding Mega-Storage System Generates Fireball & Toxic Lithium Plume in Belgium

As soon as ‘Joe Public’ worked out that the idea of running on sunshine and breezes was so much childish nonsense, renewables rent-seekers started peddling an even greater myth: that mega-batteries would store ‘free and abundant’ wind and solar power, whenever the sun was up and the wind was blowing (just right).

Then, the myth continues, at absolutely zero cost to power consumers, giant grid-scale batteries would lovingly release groovy ‘green’ power as and when businesses and households needed it.

Our post above reported that batteries most certainly have exploded onto the modern energy scene; but not quite as the wind cult had been praying for.

Belgian newspapers explained that “a container-size lithium battery had blown up in flames. The fire produced a cloud of potentially toxic smoke”. The message circulating on the social networks was that “a cloud full of toxic lithium was blowing over the city”.

So much for that ‘clean’, ‘green’ energy ‘transition’:

December: Australian Court Finds Wind Turbine Noise Exposure a ‘Pathway to Disease’: Waubra Foundation Vindicated

We mentioned the AAT decision above as opening up wind power outfits to claims from affected neighbours that will run into the hundred of $millions.

What wind farm neighbours now have is a precedent which, for the first time addresses, in an unbiased way, the evidence of the harm caused by long-term exposure to wind turbine noise.

And one which also demonstrates that the so-called noise standards that apply to wind turbine noise are utterly irrelevant and not fit for purpose.

Critically, the AAT held that “The dB(A) weighting system is not designed to measure the low-frequency sound emitted by wind turbines, and is not an appropriate way of measuring it.” And that: “The best way of accurately measuring WTN at a particular location is through ‘raw’ unweighted measurements which are not averaged across time and are then subjected to detailed “narrow-band” analysis”.

Those findings mean that every wind turbine noise standard/guideline/criteria in use around the world is utterly irrelevant, because they are all based on the dB(A) weighting system, and none of them include any reference to ‘raw’ unweighted measurements, not averaged across time. And that means a band of hungry lawyers now have the ammunition they need to pursue claims against wind power operators, the landowners who host the turbines and the acoustic consultants who helped make it all happen.

The wind industry hope this decision would put Dr Sarah Laurie and her Waubra Foundation out of business. On the contrary, the decision vindicates her years of hard work and guarantees that the Waubra Foundation will continue pursuing the rights of the wind industry’s countless victims.

STT went about this work for our Country – not for any reward – save knowing that our efforts might help spare thousands from the misery of living with incessant, turbine generated low-frequency noise and infrasound – as well as helping to obtain an energy policy that works for families and businesses – not against them – as current energy policy clearly is.

Thanks for your support – together – we will prevail.

STT hopes you all have a great Christmas and that you’re all ready to take it up to them in 2018. We are! But, for now, we’re heading bush to put our boots up for a while.

  1. Belated Merry Christmas, STT.
Have the best New Year !
You’ve been invaluable to many, Thank You!

  2. Thanks for huge amount of work that goes into publishing this material. I read it regularly.

Sadly, in our once scenic district, they keep erecting more and more wind farms.

Currently Crookwell II is being built. Crookwell III appears to remain on the agenda.

Biala, purchased by Beijing Jingneng, with connection cabling to the New Gullen Range Wind Farm (NGRW) proposed immediately adjacent to our boundary fence, will commence building soon.

And there are more further afield.

We have the ever growing ugly NGRWF sub/switch station close to our back boundary (little mention is made of these ugly industrial installations).

Wind farms are destroying this district in so many ways. The scarring of the landscape, the increased traffic and damage to roads, increased road kill, increased bird/bat kill and damaged community relations.

It appears, with no formal mechanisms in place in NSW for the removal of defunct turbines this district will become a turbine graveyard for our grandchildren to inherit.

    Keep up the good work.

  3. Son of a goat says:

The headline came in on my Twitter feed, “ Man with worlds longest penis at 19 inches accused of stretching the truth.”
I’ll never no whether the said gentlemen worked for the wind industry but the analogy with the spruikings of some of its proganda merchants are comparable.

Senvions 600 Mw project here on Yorke Peninsula is a prime example. It’s been in our midst for nearly 8 years now, widely touted by the proponents as a saviour to South Australia’s energy woes.

It will fail to ever materialise, some of its proponents going on to “bigger and better” projects.

Thanks STT, all the best for the new year and keep giving them hell.

  4. Jackie Rovensky says:

Thank you STT, for operating an avenue for the truth to be told and discussed freely. STT has come a long way and has brought with it a change in the way this industry is seen. Maybe and just maybe 2018 will stop and if not stop severely slow the spread of these diseased and contaminating monstrosities invading our lands and lives.
Hopefully 2018 will see STT grow even stronger with more people accepting the truth of this industries failing.
That as the earliest projects come closer to their use-by date, as all man made machinery does, people will realise the cost to the environment and our pockets as companies begin to petition to be able to re-use the already contaminated lands and/or cry like babies wanting a feed while seeking new, fresh uncontaminated lands to destroy, that those they petition will be awake to the lies and mode of the industries rabid ways. Hopefully land owners have become knowledgeable about the dangers posed, that those who in the early years, through no fault of their own accepted the spin of the talk as well as the blades and in ignorance signed up to ‘host’ these monsters. With hindsight they will now recognise the lies and deep disrespect the industries salesman had for them when they were approached all those years ago and that now they will not sign up to more of the same.
The industry and its followers have not changed, they continue to say the industry is evolving, that they have new technology and their turbines are now better than before when all they are is bigger, with a little tweaking to make them appear to be more technologically advanced. Lies are all they have to rest on and STT has exposed their lies over and over again.
We now see this truth, but far too many people in powerful positions are still supporting the industry, they ignore truth and praise the need for batteries and other forms of energy storage, to shore up an industry in the throes of early self-destruction.
They still look for ways people can ‘reduce’ their use of energy all the while encouraging the use of battery cars, even driverless cars, public transport operated by electricity as well as the use of electrical and battery use for technology such as mobile phones/computers and the internet. All these things require energy, and electrical energy to recharge, that relies on mining and production of minerals many of which are toxic. We are being encouraged to turn off our gas appliances and install new modern energy efficient electrical ones!
We are being forced to install meters which tell us when is the best time to use our electrical appliances to get a cheaper rate, even though this ignores the obvious that people eat their dinner at dinner time and do their washing etc when they are home, we are even told it would be cheaper to turn our air-conditioners off or down when the temperature is high or very low, even though this is when you should be using them. These meters are great for profiteering by the energy retailers some of whom are also energy producers.
They fail to see the Catch 22 position they are supporting, and you have to ask WHY, why are they doing this and can only assume it is because they are either stupid or have an ulterior motive.
I thank STT for waking the sleeping giant of community thinking and action and I look forward to your return after a much deserved rest – you never know we may bump into each other out there under the wide expanse of a beautiful Australian night sky.

    • You only have to watch channel seven news every night to know what the uneducated and unknowing morons in the electronic media think of the average Australian’s intelligence. How to save money on your home loan??? Pay it off quicker is usually the answer to these stupid stories, or how to save on your electricity bill??? turn off your appliances, use less electricity or change companies who send out the bills. The stupidity that emanates from news organisations like channel seven are outstanding with their puerile and stupid answers to fixing the average Australians rocketing utility and interest costs. Yahoo Seven should be at the top of the list for the Romper Room media award for their info news propaganda and stupidity..

      • Jackie Rovensky says:

While I would agree I would also mention Chanel 7 has also shown some backbone and produced stories about the truth of wind energy. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the ABC which has so many of the industries lobbyists working for it any independent and balanced reporting is put on the unpowered backburner.
We need our Politicians to see through the drivel spouted by paid up members of the wind industry’s lobby groups and start listening to the people of this country and looking with clear eyes at the damage being undertaken. There are many things wrong with our ‘Democracy’, I have to wonder if today it’s actually a relevant way to describe our governance.
We have become a community of wishful thinkers, wishing we had the lives depicted on stupid soapie shows and so called life style shows where fighting in kitchens and on home renovating shows is choice viewing.
The Mr and Mrs average of Australia are following the American fixation with media and acting personalities, thinking they have some form of super intelligence that is always right on every subject.
We are losing the ability to sort fact from wishful fiction, we are loosing the ability to see ourselves as relevant, instead relying on others to do the work for us, to tell us what to think, say and do.
All this is being propagated and encouraged by a self absorbed media, many of whom are more interested in hearing their own voice rather listening and reporting on things that matter to those they see as nothing more than an interruption in their train of self absorbed thought.
We all need a shot in the arm to immunise us from this lethargy being surreptitiously imposed on us, so we can be released to start thinking clearly again – then watch the Politicians work themselves into a lather as they begin to realise they are there to listen to and work for us, not themselves or their ‘friendly’ industry mates.
The media will also begin to in-fight to bring the best entertainment back into our lives along with truth and independence in media reporting.
Ahahah the joy of looking to a world of distinction between right, wrong and freedom of thought where Governments work for the people and people work for each other to secure the environment for everyone’s safe and peaceful future.
HAPPY 2018 and beyond TO EVERYONE.

    • Here’s a link to a movement that is having a real impact on the west coast of Canada and the U.S. with the roll out of smart meters.
      https://inpowermovement.com/inpowered-podcast/
When I contacted these people about using the ‘letters of liability’ approach with the harm from industrial scale wind, I was immediately encouraged.
It’s time to hold all who are responsible for the harm these turbines have caused innocent men, women and children, liable for the harm.
      Let’s do it in 2018!

  5. Thanks so much for your great articles that keep the heat on the evil wind industry and its handmaidens, those shonky politicians and bureaucrats who keep their subsidy money flowing.
Wishing all at STT a merry Christmas and a relaxing break.

  6. We love you, STT. Thank you for being “there for us”! Congratulations on five years of fighting the windscam!!!

  7. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all. Well done on all you did in 2017, and wishing you success in 2018.

  8. Deliriously Happy Holidays to you STT!

  9. Congratulations on your heroic efforts. The more I hear about Australia’s struggle to keep the lights on at prices people can afford, the more Canada sounds similar. The same moronic politicians are doing their best to make energy unaffordable in the interests of cutting down CO2 output which no one has ever shown needs to be reduced in the first place.

  10. Reblogged this on UPPER SONACHAN WIND FARM.

  11. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all at STT. and all around the world.

  12. Wishing you all at STT a very happy Christmas, a happy Birthday and a good 2018 when it comes which we know will see many STT Stunning Smacks – and we will delight in putting them on to our own page.

Thank you for all that you have done during this year.

We love your 2017 review, especially June’s, naturally.

Enjoy your wee break; you thoroughly deserve it.

  13. Terry Conn says:

A magnificent years work STT and a great help to all of us battling the greatest scam of all time. As you say, until the wind turbine scam is ‘destroyed’ the battle goes on.

  14. Crispin Trist says:

Enjoy a well earned break STT.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Please find a video link below of Penshurst resident Keith Staff giving a presentation to the Southern Grampians Shire Council in relation to a SLO (Significant Landscape Overlay) in which he discusses the RES wind farm proposal. (RES were to later state that they have pulled out of the project).

  15. Thank you STT for your brilliantly-researched, hard-hitting, and well-written articles “giving an embattled wind industry and its dwindling band of parasites and spruikers hell”. Well done! We look forward to another year of you exposing these self-serving wind-industry spivs and their political enablers for the bloodsuckers or Useful Idiots that they truly are.
I suggest that an extra useful line of analysis for 2018 might be to target the boards of directors of major public companies that have decided to sell their souls in Faustian bargains so that they can “look good”, by climbing aboard the “renewables” juggernaut. The fearless retired Senator Ron Boswell set the ball rolling with an article in “The Australian” on the 21st December, in which he criticised the decision of one major NSW generator to close its coal-fired power plant in favour of wind, sunshine, and batteries. In the public interest, the directors of companies such as this need to be named and asked to justify their decisions – which in the end will not only destroy their shareholder’s assets, but will also drive their small business customers to the wall due to the inflated energy costs. Best wishes for Christmas.

  16. william gray says:

For the many rural residents caught up in the wind fraud directly STT has been a comforting bastion of support and knowledge that the end is nigh for this scam. Many thanks to STT for all the informative articles throughout the year and demonstrated doggedness that it will never give an inch to the ‘precious’ wind bastards and their toadies in DOP etc. Merry Christmas and hope you have an enjoyable break. Best regards . Wiilam Gray

  17. Harry Amey says:

Thanks for all your work and dedication. It is very much appreciated. Keep an eye on what’s happening in France, where Macron is following German wind maniac Merkel (well, he does like the older lady) He is intent on (and currently succeeding) in imposing thousands of industrial wind turbines on a largely ill informed and currently docile rural population.

    • In view of Harry’s comment I have a suggestion STT. Have a selected number of your articles professionally translated into French and post them as an addendum to the English articles. You might find a much expanded catchment. A little know fact is that about 40% of French below the age of 35 did NOT vote for Macron. The Green-Left does not “own” the youth vote as they continually assert.
